Get Runtime Model Profile

Trusted runtime profile for Service-integrated Curator.

Public profile APIs intentionally hide credential material. Curator runs on the server side with a trusted Service token, so it can call this endpoint to receive only the selected profile's runtime env. Browser clients should continue using /settings/profiles, which never returns api_key.
